Welcome to Personal Growth Site!
The purpose of this web site is to help you with your personal growth, and also to offer you a psychological help with such problems as depression, dating, love, breakup, health, low self-esteem & developing confidence, weight loss, etc.
There are a number of topics on your left that might interest you - just pick one to your liking.
One thing to mention though: this is not a motivational web site with a little collection of famous sayings and new age hype. Even though I do love those short sentences as many of them nail the essence, yet if you want to understand the jigsaw of your life and challenges it throws at you, we need hundreds, sometimes even thousands of objects to create the whole picture, and this picture must be created in your mind, before it would materialise in your reality.
This is why none of my articles is short. In fact, some of them are 14 pages long - and I cannot guarantee that I will never break that record either. However, the reason they are so long is that I want to reach as many people as possible, hence I need to offer different scenarios from various angles; so I guess you should treat articles of such lengths as a mini book.
In the beginning, I thought of discussing self-development themes only - but later decided that it would be a mere part of underlying problems. There are billions of people out there - hence billions of ways that lead you to your decision of self-improvement.
However, you cannot move forward, unless you understood what makes you act this particular way, and if you have been hurt - healed your wounds. It is like on a long difficult hike - no matter how focused and determined you are to reach your goal - you cannot continue until you treated your injured foot.
Modern life throws at us challenges daily - some of them are fun to deal with, many are not, and few of a very sinister character. Depression, unemployment, broken heart, illnesses, bullying, etc. are only few to mention, and you cannot move forward, unless you moved it out your way - or at least learnt how to deal with it.
Psychological trauma may not be as obvious as a physical one - but may hurt as much or even more, and surely may kill, so should not be taken lightly - so, please take good care of yourself and look for help - mostly it is much, much closer than you think, and your family, friends or even absolute strangers can be there for you - sometimes it is just a small step what it takes to save your life, perhaps even literally.
Only one thing they need to know is your need for help, so make it manifest!
P.S.
My web site is at a very early stage of development - so please keep coming back as I am adding new articles and features on a constant basis.
